Part-Time Direct Support Professional: $17.00/hr.
Full-Time Direct Support Professional: $18.00/hr.
How often must I work? What about weekends?
Part-Time employees are required to work a minimum of 6 hours per week. Part-Time employees must also be available for two weekend shifts per month.

Full-Time employees are those who are consistently scheduled for 38-40 hours per week.
My life is hectic, what is the scheduling like?
FLEXIBLE! Your time matters to us - both on and off the clock. We make every effort to work with our employees in developing an ideal schedule that achieves positive work/life balance.

Aside from core day positions, our schedules are highly personalized to meet the needs of our residents and employees. One part-time employee may only work 6 hours per week, while another may work multiple afternoons and evenings each week. What if I don't have training, certifications, education, etc.?
No prior experience or certifications are needed. We believe people shape their future and control their potential - not fancy papers and letters after your name.
Do I need a car?
A personal vehicle is NOT required. Each program has a company vehicle that may be used for resident outings, activities, appointments, etc.
Is there a uniform?
No uniforms required. Sweatshirt and jeans? Yup! T-shirt and leggings? No problem.
Baseball hat and zippie pajamas... maybe on Halloween?! The point is to be comfortable.
Where would I work?
Our staff are primarily assigned to one of three houses all conveniently located in peaceful neighborhoods across Duluth including Duluth Heights, Piedmont, and Lakeside
